We offer new participants to our Studio and/or those who wish to try yoga a 6-week introductory yoga package for $60 where you can attend one hatha yoga, restorative yoga, and/or yoga nidra class per week for 6 weeks.  We are excited to offer you this package. We would love to meet you and welcome you to our beautiful studio space. We hope you will join us in the following yoga classes:

Please note that the studio is only open 15 minutes before and after class times so it is best to call and e-mail to register for classes. ATTENTION:

We have added a 1-hour lunch time yoga class. This is an ideal class for those working in the area who would like to de-stress from the busyness of their work and stretch, relax, and rejuvenate their energy after work. Check the classes’ schedule on our website for the class time, date, and day. Please call Dina or e-mail info@breathingspaceyoga.ca to register.

We offer a 1-hour Chair Yoga class. This class is ideal for people with health issues who are not able to kneel or lie down on the floor.

We have a new Yoga Teacher, Tannice Goddard starting two new classes on Fridays. The classes are Yoga For Over 50 and Early Risers Yoga. For more information about these classes and to register, please e-mail Tannice Goddard at tannice.yoga@gmail.com.

We offer a 1-hour meditation class. Check the classes’ schedule on our website for the class time, date, and day. Please call Dina or e-mail info@breathingspaceyoga.ca to register for this class.

There will be a Kids’ Yoga Series For Ages 5 to 12 and a Mom and Baby Yoga class. Please look for details, time, date, and cost under the workshop link. These classes will be announced soon.

The studio will be open to everyone a half hour before and after each class if you wish to drop by to see the studio, ask questions, and/or register for classes. The studio will also be open for anyone wishing to see the studio and/or to register for classes on Saturdays from 12:30 to 1 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit to go over your health history in your Registration Form and the Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability Forms. Please click on Policies and Registration.

Students are encouraged to bring their own mats to yoga classes and workshops.

Missed classes and specialty class series must be used during the same session for classes or term for workshops, and cannot be applied to intensives, retreats, special events or visiting teachers’ weekends. As a courtesy, you can carry over three missed classes as extra classes if the following session is paid for in full.
